Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://greatpaintingllcaurora.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Painter, House Painting, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Cabinet Painting, Deck Staining, Fence Painting, Power Washing provided by Great Painting LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Great Painting LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Great Painting LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Great Painting LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Great Painting LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. CO law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CO, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
